Dr. Randall A. Ow is a board-certified otolaryngologist and head and neck surgeon practicing in Roseville, California. A U.S. Air Force veteran, he earned his medical degree from the Uniformed Services University and served 17 years as a flight surgeon. Today, he treats advanced sinus and nasal disorders at Sacramento Ear, Nose & Throat while also serving as President and Chief Medical Officer of DaVinci Research. In this research role, he leads numerous clinical trials for innovative ENT devices and pharmaceuticals while maintaining multiple elite medical fellowships.

Teresa A Neeno, MD

Teresa A Neeno, MD

Dr. Teresa Neeno is Board Certified in Allergy/Immunology and specializes in Pediatrics. Dr. Neeno was in private practice in Anchorage Alaska for 16 years. A Phi Beta Kappa graduate of the Medical College of Wisconsin in 1991, she completed her pediatric residency at Keesler Medical Center followed by her allergy immunology fellowship at the Mayo Clinic. A recipient of the US Air Force Health Professions Scholarship. Dr. Neeno is a mother of 3 active young women, 2 dogs, 1 cat, 3 alpaca, and 15 sheep. In her spare time, she pulls weeds and builds retaining walls. She also works part time at the VA in Martinez, CA.

Bradley Chipps, MD

Bradley Chipps, MD

Dr. Chipps received his medical degree from the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston in 1972. He was a pediatric resident for two years before serving in the Air Force at Ellsworth AFB in South Dakota for two years as a general pediatrician. He then completed a combined allergy and pulmonary fellowship at Johns Hopkins and spent one year on the faculty in the pediatric respiratory sciences division.

Dr. Garcia attended medical school and her combined Internal Medicine/Pediatrics residency at the University of California, San Diego. After graduating from residency, Dr. Garcia relocated to Colorado for her Allergy/Immunology fellowship at National Jewish Health. She worked in private practice in Colorado for 3 years before joining Capital Allergy. She is board certified in both Allergy/Immunology and Pediatrics, and she takes great pleasure in the opportunity to care for both adult and pediatric patients. She is a member of both the American Academy and the College of Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology and was a board member of her local allergy society in Colorado. Her special interests include chronic hives, treating asthma and allergies in pregnant women, asthma control in athletes, allergic skin conditions, chronic nasal and sinus problems, and allergies to foods and medications.

Stanley H. Cheng, DO

Dr. Cheng is an Allergist/Immunologist with a passion for helping patients overcome the challenges of allergic and immunologic diseases. Born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area, Dr. Cheng received a Bachelor of Arts degree from UC Berkeley, graduating cum laude. From there, he went on to earn a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Touro University California College of Osteopathic Medicine, setting him on the path to becoming a board-certified Internal Medicine specialist and Allergist/Immunologist.
